Trust score
Every provider has a visible trust score from completed bookings and reviews. Low scores reduce visibility.
Secure payments
Payments go through iPay (mobile money and card). renting.rw never stores card PINs or full card numbers.
Confirmed contact
After a booking is confirmed, you receive the provider name and phone by SMS and email. Taxi numbers stay public on the listing.
Dispute resolution
Support mediates disputes using booking history and photos. Both parties are protected.
